Returns Policy

Our return policy:

• Our eligibility for returns is : Unopened packaging within 30 days of customer receiving order.
  
• For a refund, the customer must contact us in writing within 30 days of receiving order. Please email sales@concretecountertopsaustralia.com.au to request a return confirmation.
• We will refund your money in the same way you originally paid and can be 10% less fee for restocking + any bank fees incurred.
• We will process refunds within one week after receiving the returned products.
• The customer  must pay for all standard shipping costs for the return of the order.
